- Processing Times: Apostille services are subject to processing times and requirements set by state or federal agencies. Delays caused by third parties are outside our control.
- Acceptance Guarantee: We cannot guarantee acceptance of notarized or Apostilled documents by all jurisdictions or agencies. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the requirements of their intended recipient.
2. Client Consent and Communications

- We do not charge additional fees for SMS communications.
2.4 Opt-Out Methods

3. Verification of Identity
Clients are required to present valid, government-issued photo identification during appointments. Without proper identification, services cannot be performed.
3.1 Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to:

4. Appointment Policies
4.1 Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellation Policy:
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of $25 to $100 or forfeiture of any deposit paid.
Rescheduling Policy:

4.3 Travel and Mobile Service Fees
Travel Fees:
- Mobile notary services may incur additional travel fees based on the location of the appointment.
- Travel fees will be disclosed prior to booking and are non-refundable.
Additional Expenses:
- Parking or toll fees, if applicable, will also be charged.
5. Fees and Payment
5.1 Payment Terms
Service Fees:
- Fees for services will be disclosed at the time of booking.
- Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Non-Refundable Fees:
- Payments for completed services are non-refundable.
5.2 Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds:
- Refunds for Apostille services are not available once documents have been submitted to state or federal agencies.
- No refunds will be issued for services rendered.
Deposits:
- Deposits may be required to secure your appointment.
- Deposits are non-refundable in the event of late cancellations or no-shows.

- It is the client’s responsibility to verify the requirements of their intended recipient.
7.3 Corrections and Rework
- Any corrections or rework required due to client-provided errors or omissions may result in additional fees.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Pandemics
- Technical issues
- Acts of God
- Other events of “force majeure”
9. Compliance with Laws
9.1 California Notary Laws
- Services are performed in compliance with California notary laws and regulations.
- Fraudulent or illegal activities detected during the notarization process will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
